Hello and welcome to our forum. We have a few rules to ensure that everyone is respected and heard and we ask that you read these before posting any messages:

We do not expect (or want) everyone to have the same opinion, however if you do not agree with what someone has said, please refrain from making personal character attacks on the person, and simply state your disagreement to the topic of the message.

We are not interested in posts from people "selling their products", or if you have invented a "miracle cure" etc, and you want to sell it to us. If you post a topic such as this, dont be suprirsed if people are just not interested.

Please remain respectful to everyone, if you wouldnt say something to a person face to face if you met them, dont write it on here. This is not the place to hide behind a username so you can abuse people.

Those who dont abide by our rules, will be banned temporarily/permenantly.
